- Cut turkey thighs in bite size pieces. In a casserole slight fry oil, garlic and rosemary. Add turkey and stir fry.
- Add salt or homemade stock cube and some water, keep cooking for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile peel and cut potatoes in little cubes. Add to turkey. Keep cooking the stew covered by water and adjust salt and pepper.
- When potatoes and turkey are soft, serve.
