- Put the chicken and the yogurt in a plastic bag or a bowl to marinate at least 1 hour
- In a bowl or a plastic/paper bag put the flour and the spices, mix them.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mix by pressing it well
- In a large pan heat the oil and deep-fry the chcken. Beware do not over heat the oil or the chicken will burn outside and remain raw inside. Set the temperature to a gentile frying
