Rhum and chocolate marble donut cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g oil (corn)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g corn starch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g rhum
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 12 g backing powder
  1. Set oven to 180°
  2. Mix all liquid ingredients together
  3. Mix all solid ingredient except the cocoa
  4. Grease the donut cake pan and dust with some flour
  5. Mix liquids and solids together.
  6. Pour half batter in the cake pan.
  7. Add cocoa powder to remaining mixture and mix well
  8. Pour the chocolate batter over the first batter in the cake pan
  9. Put in the oven quickly
