  • in a saucepan get the water to boil and then put pasta on it and mix often (remember to add salt to the water 1 liter= 10 gr of salt)
  • While the pasta is cooking, in a large pan put the oil and the shredded prosciutto. Stir-fry the prosciutto fiew minutes and add the cooking cream.
