  • Stir-fry oil, chopped garlic and half chopped parsley. Add chopped mushroom and keep frying fiew minutes.
  • Add rice and fry fiew more minutes.
  • Add wine and evaporate it completelyl.
  • Add stock one ladle at time and bring to cooking 16-18 minutes.
  • Take off heat, add butter and remaining parsley. Mix well and serve.
