- Stir-fry oil, chopped garlic and half chopped parsley. Add chopped mushroom and keep frying fiew minutes.
- Add rice and fry fiew more minutes.
- Add wine and evaporate it completelyl.
- Add stock one ladle at time and bring to cooking 16-18 minutes.
- Take off heat, add butter and remaining parsley. Mix well and serve.
Try different mix of mushrooms to have different tastes every time.
