- Chop the onion and stir fry it in a large pan with oil.
- Cut in little cubes all the vegetables and add to onions.
- Salt, stit fry fiew minutes. Then add water and take to boil.
- When all vegetables are tender and cooked, it is ready. Serve with a hint of oilve oil, grated cheese and bread croutons.
You can use a "Homemade healthy stock cube" instead of salt, for an extra flavor.

300 g mixed carrots, celery, onion, leek
300 g sea salt
300 g meat (minced)
50 g herbs (rosemary, tyme, sage)
Chop all vegetables and herbs and put in a large pan on low fire
Add the minced meat and keep cooking
Add all the coarse salt and cook all together about 30 minutes
Blend finely and store in glass jars in fridge.
One tea spoon to give flavor to many recipes.
A couple of tablespoons in a litre hot water per an instant stock.
