Garlic bread crispy baguette

  • 2 baguettes bread
  • 200 g butter unsalted
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 20 g chives
  • 3 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch pepper
  1. Set the hoven to 200°
  2. Mix the soft butter (at room temperature) with the minced garlic, minced chives and seasoning salt and pepper
  3. Cut the baguettes in vertical slices being careful to do not cut all the way down, but stopping about half centimiter to the bottom, so the slices stay together.
  4. Spread the butter mix in all the cuts and the remaining on top of the baguettes.
  5. Put them on a tray and in the hoven till nicely baked and crispy. 20 minutes average
