- Cesar salad dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the Dijon mustard, extravirgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Mash the eggs and anchovies finely and add them to dressing.
- Wash and chop the salad leaves.
- Shred the roasted chicken (if cold) and add it to salad.
- Chop bread and put it on a hot frying pan. Beware not to burn it. Stir often to make it crunchy in all sides.
- Put dressing on salad, mix well and at last add bread croutons.
